CardPatterns: Sketch 120

Hello world! How's life? Another week has gone, what have you done on last week? I'm still on the learning stage for my work as well as my life. I enjoy every moment and every opportunity I have, and look forward for more challenges or let's say "new stuff" in my life. Well, this is probably the first time I have ever shared some photos of my life over here. These are some of the photos I took yesterday when I had lunch at Delicious, Strait Quay. The ambiance is good, and the food are absolutely delicious.

and now, I want to share the card I made today which inspired by CardPatterns: sketch 120. I wonder why I'm so into CardPatterns challenges these days, the sketches provided give me lots of inspiration. For the materials of this card, I used the crate paper's Restoration collection for more than 95% of the card; Martha Stewart's classical butterfly punch, sentiment purchased in Taipei and ribbon purchased at local craft store. Hope you enjoy reading my blog and have an awesome week ahead =D

A Normal Sunday

Good evening ladies, another week gone. How's life? I'd a great time in the office and feeling excited to learn new things. On the other side, I want to share two cards I made today. The first card was inspired by CardPatterns Sketch 119 and CAS-ual Fridays Challenge CFC6. In this card, I used MME's Lime Twist patterned papers, rhinestone, flowers, Scallop Dotted punch from Martha Stewart, scallop circle punch, silver ribbon and sticker I purchased in Siam.

Replacement Holiday = Card Making Day

Bonjour! Today is the replacement holiday for the King's Birthday on last Saturday in Malaysia. Hence, I'm able to spend some time for card making YAY! The first card I made was inspired by CardPatterns Sketch 118 and The Paper Players Challenge #50 - "Kind Thanks". I used Verve's Dream Big stamp set, MME's Lime Twist patterned papers, Fiskars' Apron Lace Edge Punch and Martha Stewart's Classic Butterfly Punch to make this card.

The second card I made today was inspired by Unscripted Sketches #109. I always want to make a card using Hero Arts' What's Perking? stamp set, however I can't think of making one until I saw the sketch from Unscripted Sketches this week. It's a simple card with minimum number of colors. Hope you enjoy my post today and have a great week ahead =D

Card-Making Saturday

Hello ladies! Today, I want to share two cards I made which inspired by sketches of CAS-ual Fridays Challenge CFC5 and Clean&Simple 143. These are two simple cards which I used owl images on both creation. For the first card, I used the heart shape punch to create the border on top. Besides, I trimmed the patterned paper into half circle and placed an owl on it.

The second card I made was inspired by clean&simple 143 sketch. I didn't intend to add in the owl until I accidentally found the color of that owl matching the card at last. Hope you enjoy my creations and have a great weekend!! =D
