Card Patterns Sketch 95
Bonjour!! I always wonder how do the other card makers come out with the idea for each card they made. For my case, I didn't expect this card would turn out on this way too! a little fabric
Work in fabric is difficult!! I know the fabric that i used as the background of this card is not perfect :( Anyway, this card was made based on idea and sketch provided by The Play Date Cafe Challenge PDCC 60 and Just Add Ink #48 . I was inspired by PDCC 60 challenge that came out with the idea to have black and white with a splash of yellow in our card.

all about brown
I've made a dark brown card based on sketch provided by Unscripted Sketches #85 and also the monochromatic idea from Caardvarks Monochromatic Challenge (the final challenge). It's so bad to hear that this would be the final challenge offered by Caardvarks, where this is only the first time i enter their challenge.
As I don't have any dark brown distress ink at the moment, I used blending tools to blend the Rich Cocoa Memento dye ink on the Natural card stock. Also, the lace border was stamped with rich cocoa ink to create the same color tone.
Supplies Card Stock: White, Natural (Bazzill)
Patterned Paper: Moof
Ink: Rich Cocoa (Memento)Edge Punch: Apron Lace (Fiskars)
Corner Punch: Corner Chomper (We R Memory Keepers)

The scallop circles were folded over to create a 3D effect

YaY! My New Tools
There are several new tools adding to my collection this week. The Martha Stewart's bone folder that I purchased from ebay last month has safely arrived on Tuesday. I was so surprised that it is far more beautiful than I saw it through Internet. All those printed flowers and blink elements on the bone folder are so nice.
Besides, I have bought two punches and some patterned papers at Smidapaper's new store last week. The new store is just AWESOME!! I wish I could possess all the products in the store awwww...

Smidapaper's Tag Along Challenge
The rule of "Tag Along" challenge is to create a tag that must include cream, green or light blue colour along with at least one vintage inspired element.
Once again, this is the first time I tried to make a tag. I created the tag with vintage look by using Ranger blending tools and distress inks. Also, the lace and pearls are added to bring out a vintage feel.
the accordion medallion was made by using Fiskars' apron lace punch

Flower Punches
Today, I've bought two new flower punches at a bookstore in Penang. The price of these punches are relatively low as compared to the other branded punch, and I've found some interesting shapes offered by this company lately. I prefer the larger flower punch (on left) and I've created some paper flowers using the larger flower punch.
These flowers are made of recycled papers

Card-making Class
Back to August, a friend of mine introduced me to the fun and interesting scrapbook world. It was the very first time I attended card-making class at Smidapaper with my old friend and a schoolmate. Since then, I've learned a lot about card-making and all the tools and stamps available for scrapbooking.
Here comes the cards I've made at the class :)

A Little Something
Obviously, it is not made by me. Sis bought this product in Bangkok. Hopefully, I'll be able to make something like this in the future. Still a lot to learn :S

Thank You Card for A Doctor
I've made this very simple thank you card for a doctor who take care of my papa when he admitted to the hospital last month. Due to limited materials, I used the same Hero Arts clear stamp on this card, along with some patterned paper from Imaginisce.
